Can I test ride before buying?
Yes. We offer two ways to try our bikes before you commit.
At-home test rides are available if you live within the BA, BS, CA, GL, SN, and NP postcode areas. We bring the bikes to you so you can experience them in your own environment. Spaces are limited and the cost is £49, fully refunded against the purchase of a bike.
Meet us on a ride. If that does not work for you, join us on one of our e-bike meet-ups. We provide a test bike for you to ride for £49, which can be refunded against the purchase of a bike.

Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery to any address in England and Wales. Your e-bike arrives fully built and ready to ride, with no need for specialist tools or the hassle of disposing of large amounts of packaging.
Delivery to Edinburgh and Glasgow is available for £249. For all other locations in Scotland, please contact us for a personalised quotation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands at this time.
All deliveries are handled by a specialist bike delivery courier to ensure your new e-bike arrives in perfect condition.
Who will maintain my bike?
We offer several ways to get your bike serviced by our expert mechanics.
Kingsbridge Workshop. Our workshop at 91 Fore Street, Kingsbridge, TQ7 1AB is being set up, and maintenance bookings are paused for now. We still provide pre-delivery bike setup, product support by phone and email, and help with manufacturer warranty needs.
Mobile Servicing (Bristol and Gloucestershire area). We offer mobile servicing across the Bristol and Gloucestershire area. We come to you, service your bike on-site, and get you back on the road.
You can also use brand-specific service networks (Riese & Müller, Moustache, Bosch, Pinion all have dealer locators), or professional mobile mechanics like Cycle Tech UK.

What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of the bikes we sell. We hold the warranty on your bike after purchase and are happy to work with your local maintenance provider should any issues arise.
Our warranty covers parts only and is valid for two years on any new bike and six months on used bikes.
